A: All Tendars products carry a 5-year frame warranty and 3-year fabric warranty. As a dealer, you handle first-line customer service. We provide replacement parts at no cost for warranty claims and support you with technical diagnosis. Platinum distributors receive a spare parts inventory at no charge.

Q: Can you protect my territory from other dealers?

A: Yes. Gold and Platinum levels include exclusive territory protection. We will not sell direct to customers in your territory and will refer all leads to you. Territory boundaries are defined in our dealer agreement with performance milestones to maintain exclusivity.
